Maddisen Maxwell is the co-founder of Michael Bianc, LLC–an upscale hair salon in the downtown area of Highland Park, New Jersey. After working as a professionally trained cosmetologist since she was 18 years old, Mrs. Maxwell at age 26, began her own business (Naked Beauty Salon) in 2006. Her business grew very rapidly out of its space. In 2009, along with her husband, a master barber and stylist, the choice was made to launch Michael Bianc, LLC.
Her education as a Stylist began in New Jersey, and her development and certification continued through well-recognized companies such as Mizani and Affirm. She augmented her development in New York City with such names in the industry as Loreal, Goldwell and Toni and Guy. As her passion for enhancing the beauty industry grew, she began to specialize in coloring and cutting techniques for which she is now widely known. The mission at Michael Bianc is to “Uplift the human spirit through an extraordinary salon experience.” At Michael Bianc she is the creative director of training and development where she designs, monitors and manages the education of her staff, using her own expertise and experience along with the assistance of the education team at Paul Mitchell.
At Michael Bianc, extending “uplift” beyond the salon is of the utmost importance to Mrs. Maxwell. “Give-backs”, such as donating hair to Locks of Love, Cut-A-Thons that donate the proceeds to the Lady Bug foundation, and product give-a-ways to shelters are a part of the outreach services maintained by Mr and Mrs. Maxwell through Michael Bianc.
